«Un mismo aliento impulsa dos velas». Este es el lema de los Hermanos Álvarez Quintero. Un resumen de su vida. Ya que la vida y obra del uno no se puede entender sin la del otro. Dos plumas que escribían al unísono unas obras de teatro que reflejaban la manera de sentir y de ser de un pueblo. Su teatro marcó una época en nuestra literatura. Serafín y Joaquín Álvarez Quintero transcendieron de lo literario para colarse en la atemporal cultura popular sin perder ni un ápice su calidad y buen hacer como escritores, renovando el panorama del teatro español. Sirva este cómic de homenaje a estos dos autores inmortales.

LOS HERMANOS ÁLVAREZ QUINTERO supuso mi primera colaboración con la dibujante Mer Hidalgo en un cómic, y también fue mi primer cómic acreditado como rotulista. Se realizó mientras estaba dibujando los cómics de "Es ahora o nunca" y "Laura Storm".

LOS HERMANOS ÁLVAREZ QUINTERO marked my first collaboration with the illustrator Mer Hidalgo on a comicbook, and it was also my first comic credited as letterer. It was created while I was drawing the comics for "It's Now or Never" and "Laura Storm."
